1. Promoter
This prize draw is organised and administered by Jackpot Productions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 06785902) with its registered office at 6 Embankment, Putney, London, SW15 1LB (“the Promoter”).
This prize draw is not endorsed, administered or sponsored by ITV, the BRIT Awards, the BPI or any associated partner organisations. These organisations have no responsibility for the prize draw or the Prize.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, ITV, the BRIT Awards, the BPI, associated partners, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible.
2.3 Internet access and a valid email address are required.
2.4 Admission to the event is subject to BRIT Awards age restrictions and venue rules. If a winner or guest does not meet those requirements, the Prize may be withdrawn with no alternative.
2.5 Entrants must be subscribed to Jack’s mailing list at the time the winner is selected. If an entrant unsubscribes before the draw takes place, their entry may be considered invalid.
2.6 The winners will also need to be a currently subscribed member of Jack’s mailing list at the time they are contacted and confirmed as winners. If a winner unsubscribes before prize fulfilment, the Prize may be withdrawn with no alternative.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Entry is free. No purchase necessary.
3.2 To enter, individuals must complete the online entry form hosted on the Promoter’s website between Tuesday 9 December 2025 and Monday 19 January 2026 at 11:00 GMT (“the Entry Period”).
3.3 Only one entry per person.
3.4 Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
3.5 Automated, bulk or third-party entries may be disqualified.
3.6 All prize draw correspondence must be directed to the Promoter.
4. Prize
4.1 Two winners will each receive two tickets to attend the BRIT Awards 2026 with Mastercard at Co-op Live in Manchester on 28 February 2026. The winners and the winners’ guests must be aged 18 or over.
4.2 The Prize is tickets only. Travel, accommodation, food, drink and any additional costs are the sole responsibility of the winners.
4.3 The Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be resold.
4.4 The Prize does not include any meet-and-greet, backstage access or the right to meet Jack Whitehall.
4.5 Tickets may be delivered digitally or physically, depending on event organiser requirements.
5. BRIT Awards Ticket Conditions
5.1 Winners and their guests are subject to the official BRIT Awards 2026 Ticket Terms & Conditions (available at: https://www.brits.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/#TICKET) and the Co-op Live Terms & Conditions (available at: https://www.cooplive.com/terms).
5.2 These terms include (but are not limited to): age restrictions, ID requirements, venue rules, prohibited items, security procedures, resale restrictions and cancellation policies. Failure to comply with the terms may result in refusal of entry or removal from the BRIT Awards 2026 with Mastercard, without the right to a refund.
5.3 By accepting the Prize, winners and guests agree to comply with the BRIT Awards Ticket Terms & Conditions and the Co-op Live Terms & Conditions.
5.4 If there is any conflict between these Terms and the BRIT Awards Ticket Terms, the BRIT Awards Ticket Terms will prevail for matters relating to admission, conduct, access and ticket validity.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries after the promotion closes.
6.2 A fair and verifiable random selection process will be used.
6.3 The Promoter’s decision is final.
7. Winner Notification and Contact Attempts
7.1 Winners will be contacted by email on Monday 19 January 2026 from 15:30 GMT.
7.2 A second contact attempt will be made on Wednesday 21 January 2026 at 10:00 GMT.
7.3 If no response is received by Friday 23 January 2026 at 10:00 GMT, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.
7.4 If an alternative winner is selected, the same contact process will apply.
7.5 Winners must provide required information (including guest names) by Wednesday 28 January 2026.
7.6 If a winner cannot attend for any reason, the Prize will be forfeited and no alternative will be offered.
8. Event Conditions
8.1 Winners and guests must comply with all venue rules, BRIT Awards policies, security procedures and instructions from event staff.
8.2 The Promoter, the venue and event organisers may refuse entry or remove attendees for safety, operational or behavioural reasons.
8.3 The Promoter gives no guarantee that any particular performer, host or segment will appear at the event.
8.4 Event content, running order, staging and attendance of performers (including Jack Whitehall) are subject to change at any time.
9. Liability
9.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility if a winner or guest is unable to attend the event.
9.2 The Promoter is not responsible for transport, accommodation or any additional costs incurred in attending the event.
9.3 The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury connected with the Prize except where caused by its negligence.
9.4 ITV, the BRIT Awards, the BPI and all associated partners accept no liability for the prize draw, its administration, the selection of winners or fulfilment of the Prize.
9.5 ITV and the BRIT Awards are not responsible for: late, incomplete or lost entries; a winner’s inability to attend; changes made to the event; or cancellation or postponement of the event.
9.6 If the event is cancelled, the Prize is void and no alternative will be provided.
10. Personal Data
10.1 Personal data will be processed by the Promoter in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable data protection law.
10.2 Winner’s details and their guest’s name will be shared with the BRIT Awards solely for ticket allocation. The winners’ full name, contact number and email address will be shared with BRIT Awards Limited for the purposes of fulfilling the prize. 10.3 Entrant data will not be shared with ITV, the BRIT Awards or the BPI for marketing purposes.
10.4 Winner names will not be publicly announced but may be provided to regulators (e.g. the ASA) on request.
11. General
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
11.2 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these Terms or acts in a manner contrary to the spirit of the prize draw.
11.3 All decisions made by the Promoter regarding the prize draw are final.
